Spring Bluff Railway Station

Halfway up the range on the historic Ipswich–Toowoomba line, Spring Bluff is a heritage-listed station famed for its award-winning gardens, first planted by a station master and his wife in the 1930s. In spring the beds erupt with poppies, ranunculi, stocks and snapdragons.

Historic buildings, picnic grounds, bushwalks and free BBQs give it an old-world charm. During Carnival of Flowers, heritage train rides make the journey part of the fun.
